Life is a cycle of ups and downs. It brings both positive and negative phases, and it’s important not to get frustrated during the tough times. Every one’s turn will come.

I want to explain with certain things happening recently.
For many years, people who worked with their intelligence—especially in information technology and other desk-based professions—earned very well. Their mind-driven work was in high demand. But now, with the rise of Artificial Intelligence, times are changing. AI is replacing many white-collar roles, reducing the need for large human teams.

As a result, the demand is shifting. Now is the time for those who work with their hands and physical effort. Laborers, plumbers, carpenters, masons & other physical workers —these skilled workers are becoming more valuable because their work cannot easily be replaced by machines. There’s already a shortage of such people, and that shortage will only grow. Life is turning in their favor, and they will now begin to earn more and be respected more. Karma has taken its turn—everyone gets their chance, and now it’s theirs.

In the same way, if you are going through failures in life, your time will also come. Until then, don’t feel guilty or discouraged. Keep putting in your effort. Work smart, stay calm, and when your mind is undisturbed, sit down and create a plan. Focus on the process, not the result. Continue working consistently. Most of the time—99%—things will fall into place. But even if that 1% doesn’t happen, learn to accept it and move forward.

Acceptance is one of the greatest gifts God has given us. Once you truly accept what you cannot control, frustration leaves your mind. With this mindset, even if you face 99 failures, you can still stay peaceful, happy, and keep moving ahead in life. That is the strength of a resilient mind and a calm heart.
