Some people succeed in life and some achieves it faster than others with the same opportunities they get, How do they do it?

Actually, the mind is the real difference. People who succeed quickly usually have a calm and undisturbed mind. On the other hand, those whose success is slower often have a disturbed mind, filled with fear, negative thoughts, or overthinking. Those who achieve things quickly generally don’t carry mental clutter like fear or doubt.

Their clear mindset allows them to get into a flow, and that flow builds confidence. Continuous success further strengthens that confidence. However, the problem begins when they start believing that their success is purely because of their own intelligence or smartness. They forget the role of God, of timing, of situations and opportunities that came their way. Without acknowledging God’s blessings, they may become arrogant — and that’s often where the downturn begins.

Life is a cycle of positives and negatives. When a person carries less karmic baggage, they might progress smoothly. But once arrogance creeps in due to big success, and they ignore the role of God, the decline often begins. Some may even become unethical during this phase. That’s when God intervenes — by slowing things down or blocking their path.

Once failure begins, fear takes over, confidence drops, and then the decline truly starts. If your success is slow, it’s often because your mind holds fear, anxiety, negative thinking, or overthinking. That’s one reason success may get delayed. Also, I’ve seen many intelligent and capable people struggle to succeed. This could be due to karma — either from this life or a previous one. Karma has its own timing and effects.

So, what can one do? Keep putting in sincere efforts. If success comes, be grateful. If not, learn to accept and move on. Most importantly, remain ethical and develop a mindset of acceptance. Some people, when they don’t see success, become frustrated and take the wrong path, which leads to further damage. That’s why it’s important to stay grounded — no matter the outcome.

True success is not about money, power, or popularity. Even if you gain all of that, it doesn’t guarantee real success. Ask yourself — when you complete a goal or task, what do you truly gain? Only happiness. And that happiness should be long-lasting — not fleeting. Here’s the truth: you can experience that same happiness even without external success, if your mind is calm, undisturbed, and filled with acceptance.

The key is to keep putting in effort. If you’ve tried and still didn’t succeed — that’s perfectly fine. When frustration comes, just accept it and move forward. Ultimately, it’s not about whether you are successful or not — it’s about your inner happiness and mental peace. If you can develop a mindset where you’re happy and content regardless of the outcome — that is life’s greatest success.
