Return & Cancellation Policy

At AT Rajkumar’s Mind, we strive to provide valuable books, counseling, and workshops that transform lives. Below are our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Return & Replacement Policy for Books

  • Physical Books:
    • We do not offer refunds for book purchases.
    • If you receive a damaged or defective book, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
    • A replacement will be provided based on availability.
  • E-Books & Digital Downloads:
    • Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Individual Counseling Sessions

  • Sessions are conducted online and require full advance payment.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but we allow one reschedule.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Corporate & College Workshops

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a workshop booking.
  • If canceled at least 7 days in advance, the advance is fully refundable.
  • If canceled within 7 days of the event, the advance is non-refundable.
  • If we cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or rescheduling will be arranged.
  • No refunds will be provided if the audience is dissatisfied with the workshop.
